    1) How much training is considered reasonable for a pro?

    Training...Training...training.......

    There are two types of training.for a pro.....

    1. peak- lots of racquetwork,speed and agility and matchplay...but the key to efficient training is to let the body recover and stretch after a demanding event.- basically, maintenance of the summerwork, but detailed on technique and explosive movement.

    2. off peak- core training involving running,swimming and strength training ..weights..!!!..this generally done in the summer before a long season ahead....dont over do it as you will drained midway through the winter...

    here's a training schedule that the elite usa juniors are currently on...!!!!
